Spargo provides AI automation services including but not limited to: voice AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, lead capture systems, appointment booking automations, website development, and mobile app development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of services are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal between Spargo and the client.

Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a pause of services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. Spargo retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, tools, templates, or methodologies used in delivering services. Spargo reserves the right to reference the client relationship for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Spargo's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Twilio, OpenAI, Zapier, GoHighLevel). Spargo is not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes to these platforms. Costs associated with third-party subscriptions or usage are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Spargo reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any fees owed up to the termination date.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
Spargo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
